چکیده
The determination of the control area a single well is prerequisite for evaluation reserves well. current calculation methods are mainly divided into: experience formula, balancing method, and physical model, in order to solve different limitations existing single-well splitting method problem large error use, this paper puts forward kind based on gas reservoir property growth productivity difference algorithm split, according results split combining static parameters, using volumetric evaluation, further clarify original remaining distribution reservoir, subsequent reasonable development enhance oil recovery. In paper, block S Sulige field taken as an example, geological reserve calculated 354.75×10 8 m 3 , compared with basic proven Block S, 364.84×10 2.61% reliability strong

Reservoir Performance Assessment Based on Intelligent Well Technology
The main challenge facing the oil industry is to reduce development costs while accelerating recovery with maximizing reserves. One of the key enabling technologies in this area is intelligent well completions. Intelligent well technology (IWT) is a relatively new technology that has been adopted by many operators in recent years to improve oil and gas recovery. Intelligent well completions emp...
متن کاملAn Impressive Impact on Well Productivity by Hydrochloric Acidizing of Vuggy Carbonate Reservoir: A Case Study
Hydrochloric acidizing is a routine operation in oil fields to reduce the mechanical skin. In this paper, practical acidizing in a typical carbonate oil reservoir located in the southwest of Iran is practiced, which shows an unexpected improvement after acidizing. To understand the acidizing effect on reservoir rock, the formation rock is analyzed on different scales. An acidizing laboratory te...
متن کاملThree-Phase Modeling of Dynamic Kill in Gas-Condensate Well Using Advection Upstream Splitting Method Hybrid Scheme
Understanding and modeling of three-phase transient flow in gas-condensate wells play a vital role in designing and optimizing dynamic kill procedure of each well that needs to capture the discontinuities in density, geometry, and velocity of phases but also the effect of temperature on such parameters. In this study, two-phase Advection-Upstream-Splitting-Method (AUSMV) hybrid scheme is extend...
متن کاملEstimating Reservoir Properties and Well Performance Using Surface Production Data
Reliable and sufficient welltest data is necessary for the evaluation of reservoir properties and well performance. Best results a r e usually obtained by monitoring downhole pressure and flow rate continuously during a transient test. However, a recurring problem for geothermal welltests has been the failure of the downhole pressure instrument in the high temperatures and hostile environments,...
متن کاملSingle-phase Near-well Permeability Upscaling and Productivity Index Calculation Methods
Reservoir models with many grid blocks suffer from long run time; it is hence important to deliberate a method to remedy this drawback. Usual upscaling methods are proved to fail to reproduce fine grid model behaviors in coarse grid models in well proximity. This is attributed to rapid pressure changes in the near-well region. Standard permeability upscaling methods are limited to systems with ...
